Access to yeapis provided through Yeap ID, Yeap Inc.'s single sign-on identity platform. By using this service you also agree to the Yeap ID Terms of Service at login.yeapinc.com/terms.

You agree to use yeap only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Use automated means to access the service without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The yeap service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yeap Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to yeap immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yeap Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of yeap.
